What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master Card.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently have no plans to ship internationally.
Am I able to cancel my order?
Any order can be canceled prior to shipment confirmation. Please contact us regarding your order so that we may cancel it.
Can I return an item?
Any item may be returned within a two-week time period. After two weeks after which the item has been delivered, we will not accept any returns. (You are responsible for covering the shipping cost on your return)
I ordered the wrong size, can you change it for me?
Our exchange policy allows customers to be able to exchange any size for their appropriate needs. Shipping is included.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
Any change to the shipping info provided must be made prior to placing any order. In the case the wrong shipping info is provided, please check the status of the package if it has shipped. In the event it has shipped, the customer will need to email either the shipping merchant or our team for a chance to change the address.
My package never came in, what should I do?
In the event a package never arrives at the intended location, please immediately contact us through our email or live chat to get immediate assistance on the issue.
How long do orders take to be delivered?
With standard shipping your order will be delivered with 5-6 business days. With express shipping it will be delivered in 1-3 business days. In the even you ordered an item that is a PRE-ORDER, please give us about 2-3 weeks for delivery as the order is being made.
